If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact your retailer within 14 days of purchase. If you have had your product for less than a year, please email us at info@babyletto.com.au to order your missing or damaged parts. For products over a year old, we would be glad to help you as well; please contact us so that we may help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete in the original packaging and should include a copy of your order form. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit &; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Ubabub International Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Warranty Returns & Exchanges

In the rare case that you receive a faulty/damaged product upon delivery, please take some clear photos and simply contact Babyletto Australia info@babyletto.com.au and we will organise to have replacement parts sent to you or the item repaired or replaced. All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier.

Missing Hardware

In the rare case that you don’t receive the full requirement of hardware as per the assembley instructions. Please contact us at Babyletto Australia info@babyletto.com.au and we will organise to have replacement hardware sent to you via the post. 

Incorrect Delivery Returns

We do our very best to avoid this, but if you think you have received the wrong item, then please contact us. When returning the goods you should include your order overview. Simply contact us before returning the goods and we will provide reply paid postage information.
